Welcome to Nailspalette! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website and purchasing from our store. By accessing or using our site, you agree to the following terms.

1. General Information

Nailspalette is operated by a U.S.-based small business founded by an MBA student. Our press-on nails and subscription services are offered for personal, non-commercial use.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept those updates.

2. Products and Services

We offer:

• Individually sold press-on nail sets

• Custom design services (via image upload)

• Monthly subscription boxes based on quiz results

All items are described as accurately as possible, but small variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

3. Orders and Payments

• Orders are processed via Stripe; all transactions are secure.

• Prices are listed in USD.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of suspected fraud or payment issues.

• Orders made during our soft launch period in July 2025 will ship starting in August 2025.

4. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery only if the item is unused and has a quality issue.
We do not accept returns of items that have been worn or applied.

5. Subscriptions

By subscribing to our monthly nail box:

• You agree to recurring payments via Stripe

• You can pause, skip a month, or cancel anytime

• Changes to your quiz or subscription must be made before the next billing cycle

6. User Accounts

If our platform allows account creation, you are responsible for maintaining your account's confidentiality and all activity under it. We are not liable for any unauthorized access.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Nailspalette.com — including product images, branding, logos, and copy — is owned by Nailspalette and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages resulting from:

• Misuse of our products

• Allergic reactions

• Delays caused by shipping providers

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA.
